Data transfer
In order to fulfil the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, we will forward your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of products that have been ordered. According to which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we will pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, to the payment service provider commissioned by us or to the selected payment service for the processing of payments. Big catel Shop/ Hosting
Our website and related shop is provided by a service provider, Big Cartel, as part of a processing operation on our behalf. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offer, which outweigh any other interests. All data collected in the course of using this website or in forms provided for this purpose in the online shop are processed on Big Cartel's servers.

Big Cartel is a company based in the USA. We have concluded the necessary contract with Big Cartel and have also taken additional measures (standard data protection clauses of the European Commission) to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for the provision of our newsletter. We will therefore only send you a newsletter by e-mail if you confirm in our notification e-mail that you would like to receive our newsletter by clicking on a link.
